The quilt shown in the photo is one of the very first patterns I ever created. I named it “The Panic.” During a time when my heart raced uncontrollably for a month, quilting became my way to regain calm and focus. Designing this pattern — cutting each shape, arranging the pieces, and stitching them together — helped me steady my mind and turn anxiety into something beautiful.
