Refund Policy
At Bonds of Peace, every item is crafted with great care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made and deeply personal, the following policies apply:
Custom Items

All custom-made items, including keepsakes, memory items, quilts, alterations, and personalized creations, are non-refundable.

This includes any item created specifically from your materials or according to your requested design, measurements, or specifications.

Cancellations

Cancellations made before materials are purchased may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any payment processing fees.

Once materials have been purchased, prepared, or ordered, or once work has begun, cancellations can no longer be refunded.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist within the limits of this policy.

Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

If we offer non-custom items (such as ready-made pieces), they may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery or pick-up.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Alterations & Repairs

Because alterations and repairs are services performed to your existing items, these are non-refundable once the work has been completed.

If you have concerns about the finished work, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the issue and determine if adjustments can be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe there is a mistake or issue with your order, please reach out immediately with photos and a description of the problem.

We will evaluate the case and, if applicable, offer corrections or solutions.
