Bonds of Peace provides handcrafted keepsakes, custom sewing services, tailoring, embroidery, and other handmade product offerings. All items are made to order unless otherwise specified.

Custom Orders

Custom items (including quilts, keepsakes, memory items, ornaments, tailored clothing, etc.) require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Deposits cover materials, design drafting, and time spent preparing your project.

Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

Design approval is required before final construction begins. Once approved, changes may incur additional costs.
Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD, but JPY (Yen) is also accepted.

Accepted payment methods include: cash, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, PayPay, and other options upon request.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Full payment is required before final delivery or shipment of any completed item.
Turnaround Times

Estimated completion times are provided for each category of product (such as quilts, keepsakes, or alterations).

These times may vary based on complexity, workload, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

We strive to meet all deadlines, but delays may occur. You will be notified if additional time is needed.
Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up

Local delivery, meet-ups, drop-offs, and pick-ups are available as posted on our website or social media pages.

Delivery fees vary by location and must be paid along with the final balance.

Once an item is shipped or handed off at a scheduled pick-up or meet-up, we are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Custom items are non-refundable.

Cancellations before materials are purchased may be eligible for partial refunds, minus processing fees.

Once materials have been purchased or work has begun, refunds are not available.

Non-custom items (if offered) may be eligible for returns within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information on our website (including pricing, descriptions, availability, or images) is always error-free. We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, texts, digital drawings, and products created by Bonds of Peace are the intellectual property of the business. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Safety Disclaimer
Certain items—especially those crafted for babies or young children—are intended for decorative use only, not for unsupervised play. Please follow all safety guidelines provided with your order. We are not liable for any incidents that may occur.

Permission to Share

Permission may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the customer’s discretion.

You are free to decline, and we will never post photos of your project without your explicit approval.
Sensitive & Sentimental Items
We understand that many items we work with have deep emotional or personal significance. Because of this:

If a project is highly sentimental, we will ask additional confirmation before considering posting.

Customers may request that no photos be shared, even if the item does not contain personal information.

We will always honor your preference—no questions asked.

Removal of Personal Information
Before posting, we reserve the right to:

Exclude or blur any personal details (names, dates, faces, addresses, uniforms, etc.)

Arrange the product in a way that protects the privacy and identity of the owner or loved ones.
We will only post images that ensure privacy and uphold our company’s professionalism and integrity.
Business Right to Share Non-Personal Content
For the purpose of showcasing craftsmanship, promoting our work, and maintaining a professional online presence, Bonds of Peace retains the right to post:

Revoking Permission

If you previously granted permission but change your mind later, you may request removal of the photo.

We will remove photos within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the request.

Please note that while we can remove images from our platforms, we cannot control content already shared by third parties or cached by search engines.
